Angela states for many when you are an adult; one thing that probably won’t come to mind is there may be a time when you will need to care for your mom, father, grandparent, aunt, or even uncle who is now a senior citizen. It a known fact that many senior caregivers suddenly become a senior caregiver as their SLO has suddenly fallen ill, no one else is able to provide care, or your SLO just need additional help. If you don’t already know this, one vital part of caring for your SLO is to ensure healthy eating habits. Eating healthy allows your Senior Loved One to receive the nutrients their body needs and it contributes to your SLO’s well-being.

Caregiver’s Guide to Helping Seniors Eat Healthy is a direct and powerful resource book that teaches senior caregivers things such as how to prepare food, encourage healthy eating habits, interact with your SLO’s doctor, engage your SLO to healthy eating, resources to get help, healthy make-it-yourself recipes, support and tips for senior caregivers. Angela also shares personal stories of caring for her Granny. Angela says, it takes a village to care for a senior and this is why she wrote Caregiver’s Guide to Helping Seniors Eat Healthy.

Angela wants to be part of the village that helps seniors eat healthy and live life to the fullest. Caregiver’s Guide to Helping Seniors Eat Healthy will educate and teach senior caregivers a simple and easy way to help seniors eat healthy.
