Hello to you! I hope all is well!
Yes, advocating for our older population is worth every minute! Just this afternoon, Jersey City District C22, which includes an independent senior living building Grandview Terrace Apartments, is now able to vote in a nearby school! This great news allows are seniors to vote in a closer proximity to their home!
Starting this November, which is the Presidential Election, the seniors residing at Grandview only have to walk less than one minute to cast their vote, which is much closer than their current voting poll station!
We would like to give a special thanks to Brian Corbina from Hudson County Board of Elections agency and Cindy Brown, Office Administrator of Golden Door Charter School for their help to make this happen! We also like to thank Brian Stile, the Chief Academic Officer, and the entire Golden Door Charter School Board for their support!
Our Here4Seniors project is an advocacy project, which we help seniors receive the resources they need and help them live their lives to the fullest.
Forever care,
